“The Arrow is the most impressive a/c . I know it cant fly, however , the size alone is amazing! Without the dedication of the volunteers of the museum, artifacts like this, would be lost .”

“Stand by a full size mock up of the Avro Arrow and feel real small. Canada could have been a leader in jet tech. This is an interesting place to see or get rides in older aircraft, static displays, and information. These guys and gals love to keep aviation history alive.”

“I love the planes, they have some of the greatest collection”

Small but nicely set up aérodrome that houses all the things that were the Canadian aviation and space conservation museum. Thank you to the owner (business man) of the aerodrome for buying all that and building a new home for the Avro Arrow. This work of art replica was rotting away outside at Pearson international airport and was wasting away and this man made sure the only 1:1 replica with thousands of man hours by volunteers and old Avro employees was restored and kept safe for the generations to come.
Sad story how our aviation sector took a hit with a government that just took an axe to everything out aviation technology had developed and destroyed it all.
Thank you to the volunteers that guide us through the history of this magnificent interceptor that could (would )have been the bomb that made our aviation sector in Canada flourish.
Worth the visit just if it’s only to see the size of the Avro Arrow in person.

Seeing the Avro Arrow up close was amazing! It belongs on any aerospace “bucket list”, right up there with the SR71 and the space shuttle. This is the only place in the world that you can see it in full (imposing!) scale and full detail — pictures simply don’t do it justice.
Edenvale is a lovely little airport, the volunteers are super-friendly and knowledgable, and the souvenirs are great.
Absolutely worth the drive. Make sure to visit the adjacent “Classic” collection/museum too

“Came to visit the Avro Arrow. I was impressed with the quality of detail of the full size replica. The guides had so many interesting facts about the project.”

“Very unique experience. They have a life size replica of the Avro Aero. I learned a lot of history on how it was made, and subsequently destroyed. It was worth the trip to learn about a very important part of our Canadian history.”
